Updating Database Offline

Hi,

Can I update my zotero database offline, and if so, can someone please explain how to do it?

I envision updating via a laptop, saving the zotero database to an external, then bringing that to my non- internet connected desktop at home, and updating from that. Is that possible?

Tedious, but possible. You'd effectively use option A) here: https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/transferring_a_library

Note, though, this doesn't merge changes -- it just replaces the old database with the new one. If you made changes on your home desktop in the meantime, they'd be lost.
