libreoffice toolbar disappears after zotero upgrade

I just upgraded Zotero to 4.0.29.17 (on Windows 7). I have successfully reinstalled the Libreoffice plugin in Zotero and the zotero extension in Libreoffice (5.2.0.4). Everything looks good in the LibreOffice extension manager and the Zotero Add-ins menu. But the Zotero toolbar is not showing up in Libreoffice.

    You can toggle the toolbar visibility under View -> Toolbars.

    The Zotero toolbar does not show up as an option in the View -> Toolbars menu.

    Try to update to latest LibreOffice and Java versions, then reinstall the extension from Zotero Preferences and look again.
