Export as an Annotated Bibliography

I often have to create annotated bibliographies. I would love an output (export) format that includes 1) the citation style of my choice PLUS 2) a brief paragraph describing the article (previously written by me). The closest thing now is the "export as report" but that is not formatted for a word processor.
