Upgrade StorageSyncing issue (ID:97349116)

Since 20 days, I've a problem syncing my Zotero standalone to my online library.
I've checked that I have the last version, I've checked that my WebDav server (used to store the pdf) is ok.
The ID of the report is : 97349116
