not seeing any options on the choose citation style page

its been an issue of late. On trying to insert citation for the first time in a word document, when its asks us to choose the citation style, the box is empty and not able to proceed further due to that. Have tried reinstalling zotero as well as the plugins to no avail. what should be done???

Which versions of Zotero and Word are you using?

(if you don't mind losing any (custom) citation styles you have installed, you can try resetting your styles via the Zotero preferences; see https://www.zotero.org/support/preferences/advanced#the_files_and_folders_tab)
