Upgrade StorageCleanup Zotero github pull request
For a dev, looking at https://github.com/zotero/zotero/pulls with pull request opened as long as 6 years is not very engaging.
Would be great to close every pull request that are not intended to be merged. Because otherwise it seem if you code and push somethings it will never be merged.
