Upgrade StorageLibrary not syncs with webdav-cloudme

I relatively new to Zotero after years of using BibTex (JabRef) I decided to give it a try. So following the advice I have managed to export all the library without problem. What I dont understand is why Zotero still saves locally my files (originally the files came from a Dropbox folder). In Zotero I managed to successfully Cloudme , but the folder zotero in the cloud remains empty .
