Upgrade StorageError Report 1657559251
Hi there!
I am currently writing my Master's thesis and am getting a little worried that Word keeps crashing when I try to add a reference. I have been adding references (even the same one) all morning with no problems. I did install the Zotero update I was prompted with earlier today.
And now it crashes "Microsoft Word has stopped working, A problem caused the program to stop working correctly" when I click on the Add/Edit citation button in Zotero.
Zotero's error message:
"Zotero experienced an error updating your document.
The remote procedure call failed.
[insertFieldRaw:document.cpp]'The remote procedure call failed.
[insertFieldRaw:document.cpp]' when calling method:
[zoteroInterationDocument::insertField]"
I've tried most things on this list:

When I copied it to a new document and changed the field type, it would let me add citations. But what can I do to make it work with the Nature field type, I need to be using this type. Thesis is due in a week, please help!

And are you saying that you can't change back to Nature style in the new document? You get the same error when you try?
