Style Request: Journal of Historical Geography

Hello All - I'm finalizing a paper for submission and am converting to the journal's style, but am hopelessly useless with footnote citations. I've tried, in the past, to create a style myself, but have failed miserably. If anyone has the time, i'd so appreciate some help.

JHG uses a footnote reference system. For notes containing more than one citation, the citations should be separated by a semi-colon. Citations for quotations should only include the cited page(s) not the full page range of the article or chapter, even on the first citation.

Journal article: L. Veale, G.H. Endfield and S. Naylor, Knowing weather in place: the Helm Wind of Cross Fell, Journal of Historical Geography 45 (2014) 25—37. Short title for subsequent citation, of page 32 of the article: Veale, Endfield and Naylor, Knowing weather in place, 32.

Book: I.M. Keighren, C.W.J. Withers and B. Bell, Travels into Print: Exploration, Writing, and Publishing with John Murray, 1773—1859, Chicago, 2015. Specified volumes or editions should be written out in full: volume 1 or second edition. Short title for subsequent citation, of page 15 of the book: Keighren, Withers and Bell, Travels into Print, 15.
