Syncing not working

I have been trying to sync a computer to my account for days now and the arrow keeps spinning but nothing is ever happening in terms of content showing up. HELP PLEASE!

  • I have the same problem. I have over 8000 entries and it is taking hours and I still didn't get any synced. Would it work if import a zotero file from the source, and put in my credentials for the sync? Or would I mess it up?

    @issaclim: You have an ongoing full download, so you'll have to just wait it out. Syncs are running slower in the lead-up to Zotero 5.0, which has a completely new sync architecture.
  • (And to clarify, this shouldn't be an issue once your full download goes through. Subsequent syncs should be much faster.)
