'This command is not available because no document is open'
I have begun receiving this error message every time I try to insert a citation in my Word document. This has happened very suddenly - it was working fine yesterday. From reading previous discussions, it seems to be because my Word document is saved in OneDrive. When I move it to my Desktop and try to insert citations, I can do so with no problems. But it's annoying and time-consuming to keep swapping the document between my hard drive and OneDrive. Is there a fix please? I'm using Windows 10 Pro, Office 365 (just updated) and have the latest Microsoft Word Add-in installed in Zotero 4.0.29.10 (x86en-US).

RosemariePavelI am having this same issue and it's 2019. Anyone have a work-around? It's too late for me to use a different bibliography program!

dstillmanedited March 1, 2019@RosemariePavel: What Zotero version, what exact Word version, and is your file stored in OneDrive? If so, does it happen if you move the file to your local hard drive?

RosemariePavelMy version of office is Version 1901, updated Zotero to the latest yesterday. And yes, the issue is that my document is on OneDrive and Zotero can't find it. When I save the document to my desktop, it can find it. Moving documents back and forth is a huge pain I would like to avoid! Thanks

Peter CarblisI have the same problem. My Office 365 updated this morning. I checked Zotero updates and it reports that I am up to date.
