I entered this error report over in http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/6487/cant-sync-cant-delete-cant-start-over/ near the end of the discussion, but it has been over a day and nobody has responded.
I gather that means you don't monitor bug reports unless the number is in the title of the thread. Please edit the text of "reporting bugs" to reflect that reality.
