Missing citations in my library

Dear all,
I couldn’t locate the citations I saved in my library. When I typed in word file also, I couldn’t get any of the citations cited. A quick help in this regard would be highly appreciated, for it is little urgent.

    For us to help, we need a lot more detail and information. Were the items previously in your library? When you open Zotero, do you see any items? Are you using a different computer and/or syncing? What versions of Word, Zotero, and your operating system are you using?

    The items were there for a quite long time. I am using Microsoft Word 2007 and Windows 7 32 Bits. I did not login with another computer. I am using my own computer only. Hope, it helps. About Zotero, I don't know how to check the version.

    When you open Zotero on your PC (not the website), do you see any items?

    Hi, i don't have Zotero Standalone. But, i checked it in Word file; i am not getting any saved citation in firefox. Also, i am unable to save any book/article to Zotero-Firefox extension.

    How are you accessing Zotero exactly? Are you visiting a website at https://zotero.org (and logging in); or are you clicking an icon in the Firefox menu bar that looks kind of like this?

    I am accessing Zotero through Firefox extension (add-on) and Word Blug in.

    If you open the gear menu, then click on About Zotero, what version number shows in the popup?
