I'm beginning to wonder if might going through a url-rewriter (or my specific one) that prevents automatic download. I seem to be able to pick up pdfs from open-access sites.
If this is the case, does it mean that my institution is misconfiguring ezproxy in some way? Should I contact them, and if so, are there any pointers I can give them?
