Upgrade Storagepassword reset at zotero.org does not seem to work

I tried the password reset functionality on zotero.org, and was presented with a form in which to supply (and confirm) my email address. Naturally, I was then sent an email with a (presumably one-time) form for supplying (and confirming) a new password. I did that, and the page said that the password reset was successful and that I could now log in. I tried to log in with the new password, but was shown an error message indicating that the credentials are not correct. I went through this whole process a second time (with yet another new password) and had the same experience. I still cannot log in. Eventually, I just registered a new account with a new email address so that I could get to these forums to leave this message.
