Error when exporting to BibTeX / BibLaTeX / RIS

Hi,

My error report is 1080258590. It first had a javascript error when I exported to RIS, I tried resetting the translations because I saw that advice given to someone else, but it didn't work, and then didn't give me the option to try RIS again, so I tried BibTex and BibLaTex, all including the files, and it errored on those as well.

Using Windows 10 / Zotero standalone

Could you try without file export, just for testing?

Exports fine if I don't export the files in BibTeX, BibLaTeX, and RIS.

I installed Zotfile earlier in the day which might be the problem, but I've tried to do this with it both enabled and disabled, and that doesn't seem to impact on it.

This is for your whole library or a whole collection? Does exporting an individual item (with an attached file) work?

Whole library. I'm trying with a collection now, it's hanging for ages but hopefully it'll work. If this doesn't, I'll try a single file.

please try with one item first. Key part is whether this is completely broken for you or depends on something specific about an item.

It seems like I can do a single item but not a collection. 114300751 was the error code from trying a collection and looks like that time there was a file not found issue. I'm going through all my files now

First things I'd check for: are there any top-level files (not attached to a Zotero item) in the collection? Those used to cause problems and maybe they still do.

Also, which Zotero version, just to be safe here?

I've had a good look and tbere aren't any I can find. My version is 4.0.29.17 and I seem to be able to extract files that don't have attachments but not ones that do

Sorry, to be clear -- can you or can you not export a single item _with_ and attachment?

A bunch of errors here, all suggesting that there's security software on your system or a permissions problem interfering with Zotero's ability to access the disk. I'd guess the former, but that's much less common with Zotero Standalone. It could also be a problem with a specific file, so do answer adamsmith's question.

I can't extract anything that has an attachment.

I don't know what problems I would have that would cause this, zotero has always worked perfectly for me in the past...
