Sorting notes chronologially problem
When adding page numbers to the notes tab for a book reference in Zotero, I currently have to add zeros to single decimal page numbers to get them to list chronologically with double decimal page numbers, e.g. 01, 02, 03, ...10, 11. This becomes even more of a hassle when combining double decimal page numbers with triple decimal page numbers. To get them to list chronologically, I have to add zeros to these as well: 010, 011, 012, ... 100, 101, 102, etc. Is there any way to get around this work around? It would be nice if your notes would appear chronologically--e.g. 1, 2, ... 10, 11, ...100, 101-- without having to add all of the extra zeros.
Thanks,
Matthew

TjowensI don't think there is a need for a technical solution here. When you start taking notes on a work it is easy to anticipate the amount of leading zeros to use. While it might be possible add more complicated sort behavior it could well have other impacts on different ways users use notes.
