Subscription Expiration
Our university account got an email that we need to renew our subscription within 5 days. However, the university is the one who needs to renew and pay for the account. That being said, it'll take the university a bit longer than 5 days to process the payment. Is there anyway to discuss this more with a live person, over the phone? I want to know what can be done so that students aren't affected while the university is getting this settled. Thank you.
