How to identify in which collections and sub collection an article is located

I think the title is self explanatory
I have a library with articles that are in different collection. I would like, when I search for a particular article, to know in which collection he is located.
How would I do that ?

The appearance of an item in multiple collections doesn't necessarily mean that there is more than one record of the items. A single library item record can be placed in multiple collections.
