Import in Zotero MAC

Now zotero in my mac as a complement of mozilla does not recognize when it imports the type of document. It only does it as web pages. I have reinstalled mozilla firefox and zotero but it does not fix it. Why? It used to work well.

What URL has document you try to import?

Any URL from a reference eg from amazon or from any catalog and neither does the yellow folder next to Z from Zotero when there are many references on this computer.

we really need a couple of sample URLs to make sure we're looking at the same thing.

In Zotero, there is no yellow folder next to the Z or the icon of the document, book, video, etc.

The search from the Complutense catalog doesn't work in Zotero generally, so let's focus on the Amazon links, which do work.

Please run through these: https://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues as they apply, and make sure to provide all the info from the last step if the other ones don't help.

I've solved it. I use Zotero Standalone with Safari and that's it. Thank you very much
