links in bibliographies

Is it possible that each item in a bibliography include the actual link to the the full text, bibliopraphic record in a catalogue, etc.?

    Of course yes, if you have not empty URL or DOI item in your Zotero record. It also depends on the Style you are using. Some style does not draw URL/DOI in the bibliography. And on the least, you have to check "Include URLs of paper articles in references" (menu Tools - Options - Cite - Styles)
