Firefox has been crashing a lot lately, especially when attaching PDFs to Zotero items. I thought it might be the variety of add-ons I was using, but I created a new profile which only has Zotero installed and it still hangs often. :(

The log seems to be having a problem with my webdav server, but it has plenty of room, so lack of space isn't the issue, I don't think.

First, what do you mean by "crash"?

Second, are the PDF indexing tools installed in the new profile? If so, go into the Zotero data directory and delete the two pdfinfo files, and then restart Firefox and see if the errors persist.

Thanks Dan. You're right - I should have said "hang". I get the Mac spinning beachball, and when you click on firefox on the doc, it says "program not responding". If I let it sit for a while, eventually it "quits unexpectedly" and asks if I want to send an error report to Apple.

I thought at first maybe the pdf indexing was just slow, but it definitely hangs.

I've removed the pdfinfo files and will see if that helps. Thanks!
