ISBN problem

I'm having a problem when I'm adding an ISBN into Zotero.
When the ISBN is added, this comes up:

"Zotero could not find a record for the specified identifier. Please verify the identifier and try again."

In a another computed it worked, but not in my firefox.
Does somebody know what i can do to fix this?

Could you post a) a sample ISBN that fails and b) a debug ID that covers the attempt of doing so: https://www.zotero.org/support/debug_output

@renros: We need a Debug ID, not a Report ID.

(I think this is a debug ID missing a D? don't report IDs have 9digits?

No, it's a Report ID. They're not a fixed length.

Actually, it's doing that for me too, though the save is working. For renros it's resulting in "Could not find a result using Open WorldCat".

But seems like 'bn' returns search results and 'isbn' returns the entry. Any reason we're using the former?

probably not -- haven't looked at that code for long time, but would seem like isbn makes more sense.
