Upgrade Storage[5.0 beta] 'Notes' tab is not working properly
Running v5.0-beta.167+b732a82.
Consistently (not necessarily reproducible 100% of times) when I click on 'Add' in the 'Notes' tab, the note is added but I can not access it by clicking on it because the new empty note field is not displayed in the 'Notes' tab. I have to expand the article's entry and access the new note from there.
Also, at times, I can only access existing notes by cliking on them in the expanded article's entry in the library (ie: I can't access through the 'Notes' tab)
