I've updated Zotero with APJTD style. When I insert citation in Word with this style, references are put with first author name and publication year. But When I look a published paper of APJTD, the citation are a number between bracket ...

Do check out the various Elsevier styles on the repository: https://www.zotero.org/styles?q=elsevier and let us know what you find. I can't access the journals, so if you provide some papers, that would be most helpful.

I've changed the style to a new independent style here; so far only adapted for article-journal. https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/pull/2570
It is basically the same apart from that on http://www.apjtcm.com/authors.html they didn't put the necessary bits into italics or bold. As often I think that the editors of that page were not diligent enough (compare article-journal).

I'll make the APJTM a new independent style and then make independents for the rest after checking?
(if there is variation in formats, it would probably be better to just pick one journal to be the parent and create dependents for the journals with matching format)
