Receiving an error message when attempting to sync. Using latest version of Mac OS and Zotero Beta 5. Please assist. Problem persists after restarting Zotero .
  • Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt that produces the error?
  • Continuing to receive this error message. Can someone help?

    Oh, that's a daylight savings time bug. We'll investigate that.

    Note that the rest of your data should continue to sync in the meantime. (The new sync architecture in 5.0 allows the rest of the sync to proceed even when there are errors.)
  • In the meantime, you can look for one item that was added during that UTC time (offset by your time zone), delete it, and then empty the trash (which contains a couple other affected items).
