Error when attempting to sync with New User

Hi there,

I'm having trouble logging out of the previous user's Zotero account on my work computer and re-syncing with my account.

I recently fixed a syncing problem with this previous user's account, but now I'm receiving an error when I try and sync with my user name.

This is a bug in 4.0 that would be fixed in the upcoming 5.0 — so you could theoretically install the 5.0 beta — but if you're switching user accounts you're better off just deleting the Zotero data directory with Zotero closed and starting anew with your account. (Zotero 5.0 will also do a better job of switching accounts.)
