Forum display question: # of comments

When viewing the forum I note that some (new to me) posts have 0 comments. I interpret that to indicate that the post has not had any replies. However, I find that with some posts the display shows 1 comment and when I view it, there have not been any replies. Is there an explanation of the meaning of "comments"?

    You're correct about interpreting replies as comments. Vanilla2 differentiates between the initial discussion post and comments.

    I believe the inconsistency you're seeing is a bug in how we handle discussions that went through moderation before posting.

This is an old discussion that has not been active in a long time. Before commenting here, you should strongly consider starting a new discussion instead. If you think the content of this discussion is still relevant, you can link to it from your new discussion.
