Incomplete Bibliography

I have 396 citations in my document. But, when I click "Insert Bibliography," it only creates a new bibliography with the citations I added today. The others are not present.

I've been naughty: I work on the paper in Google Docs, and then send it to MS Word in Windows. Could that be the problem?

    That is almost certainly the problem. Zotero uses Word Fields to store the reference information. Editors that don't support Fields (Google Docs, Apple Pages, Dropbox, Word Online) will break Zotero citations.

    Do you have an older version of the document saved from which you could copy the citations into your current version?
