Adding references to group

i have been invited and added to a group. However, When i save the reference using Zotero I'm not able to see the group name under my library. so ican't add any references to the group. the only icons i see are Duplicate, unfiled and trash files.
Is that a sync error?

    It does sound like you haven't synced successfully since being added to the group, yes.
