ZOTERO KEEPS CRASHING

Just recently, my zotero has been malfunctioning. Anytime I attempt to cite something, I get a feed back that says: "you have modified this citation since zotero generated it. Do you want to keep your modifications and prevent future updates? Checking yes will prevent zotero from updating this citation...... clicking no will erase your changes". but when i click no, nothing happens. it will stay that way and finally say firefox has crashed or zotero could not update your document. PLEASE HOW DO I FIX THIS PROBLEM? Thank you.

okay thanks. But right now I can't even remember the report ID. Is there a way I can retrieve it?

You don't need to remember the Report ID, you just have to copy & paste it here the next time this problem occurs.
