Sync stopped working

Hi:

I'm using Win10 x64, newest Chrome, and newest version of Zotero SO. For a few days now, I get a sync error (see report 4599676). I manually sync zotero.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Open zotero
2) Click sync
3) Error message: File upload failed. Please check your file sync settings or contact your WebDAV server administrator.

I checked the WebDAV (dav.box.com/dav), which should be fine. Any ideas what the problem could be?

  • If you provide a Debug ID for a sync attempt that produces the error we might be able to tell you more, though this is likely going to be an issue with security software on your computer, proxy settings, or your WebDAV provider.
