Syncing Problems

Hi. My zotero is having issues syncing the last several days. For awhile it was just spinning constantly, now it went through the whole cycle and I had to click the sync button again to resolve 2 conflicts. I did that and it showed a screen with an Alert! with a list of all the items that were added or changed since last session. It froze like that, I left it overnight and it never resolved. This morning I quit zotero and retried syncing and it went through the whole process over a couple hours and now is stuck in the same spot. The online library nor my zotero on other computers have been updated. Ideas? There is no formal error message or number to give you.

    I pressed enter and the alert went away but nothing was synced, not on the web or other computers. I clicked the sync button again and not it seems to be just spinning aimlessly again. Ideas?

    Give it time.

    It's been another half hour already.

    It's a full sync of your library — you'll need to wait for it to finish. (The upcoming Zotero 5.0, which will be out in a few days, will handle larger syncs much better.)
