Unable to Sync with Zotero Sever

It's been about a week since I have last been able to sync my files with Zotero. I have tried multiple computers and even on a new computer but I am stuck trying "get updates from sync server"

    It looks like you're syncing now, yes? (You're at your file sync quota, though, so additional files won't upload. If you don't want to add a storage subscription, you should disable file syncing for your personal library.)
