Syncing Zotero library

I'm trying to sync my Z library, using the instructions below:

". . .open Zotero's Sync preferences tab and enter your login information in the Zotero Sync Server section. By default, Zotero will sync your data with the server whenever any changes are made."

But I can't find the Sync preferences tab. Can someone tell me where it is?
