Website citations, Chicago style

When I cite websites, I think Zotero is supposed to display the URL in the footnote, the first time the page is cited. (I am using the citation style Chicago-full note). For some websites it does this, but for others it doesn't, it just has the author's last name and the name of the page in quotes. How can I get it to display the full citation?
  • that really sounds like a short citation. Are you positive you haven't cited that site already?
I assume in a new document it cites the page correctly?
  • Okay, it is working now, there is a full citation on first occurrence. Maybe the problem was just with Word's search function. Thanks for your help.
