Dear all,

I cannot save the reference from this page http://remi.revues.org/5863 while I used to be able to save this article from this review (I doubled check and I actually have this article, but never mind).

The icon does show up

I disabled the firefox add ons and it did not work.

I uninstall and re install the firefox translator for zotero standalone and it did no work.

Could you provide a new error report ID (now that your software is up-to-date), for a failed attempt to save, please?

Could you try with Zotero Standalone closed?

Dear Adam,

Did you, by any chance, look at those issues, I have de installed firefox, zotero standalone and it still do not work, the translator is embedded metadata. I do not have the little book when going on amazon to save this book for example https://www.amazon.fr/Tout-peut-changer-Capitalisme-changement/dp/233007039X/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1488380888&sr=8-1&keywords=naomi+klein

Should I make a new report ID ?

Could you actually submit a debug ID (different from error ID) from Zotero for Firefox with Standalone closed for re-loading that page:

Invalid or missing translator metadata JSON object

Reset your translators from the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero preferences.
