Creating folders

    Please help me, I had already used zotero before by mozilla and I never found out how to create folders, but in this moment I know how to do it and something just do not let me do it. Besides I want to used with Chrome but it does not work either.
    After I try there is a error 37420559.
    Help me please.

    Check your database integrity from the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero preferences.
