is all kinds of weird things in both FF and Chrome.

Sorry, should've clarified: zotero.org/groups, but before login.
In Chrome, a duplicate embed of the video stretches across the top nav banner and both instances begin playing:

In FF, the embedded video disappears, but two instances seem to play in the background.
