unreadable tmp files
HI all,
I have a persistent issue with storage sync hanging on downloaded files.
I've fond out how to look at the debug output, and the problem seems to be associated with tmp zip files that remain in the zotero...\tmp folder. If the download indicator hangs reporting say 14/18 files remaining there will be 4 zip.tmp files in the tmp folder. I tried deleting them but they were back agian after I restarted. Here's the last line of a debug screen that I think is associated with the problem. My work PC, also XP and the same version of zotero, negotiates with the webdav store fine.
zotero(3): onStatusChange with 'C:\Documents and Settings\hollidie\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\zerri7r9.default\zotero\tmp\BT26643K.zip.tmp could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.

dfmendoncaI wonder what is the purpose of these .zip files. They are updated every time zotero is opened.
-
bwiernikThey are temporary files Zotero makes when it saves files or snapshots from web pages. You shouldn’t worry about them.

dfmendoncaOk, thanks for the input.
