Yes, but only with citation styles that support that, such add Chicago manual of style. If your style currently prints a numbered bibliography, you can't switch it to footnotes
Uh-oh. I tried it and it worked, but I ultimately decided to go with the version with endnotes. Trouble is, Zotero is now replacing all my numbered references with a straight bibliography.
I need it to keep the numbered format in the document. What have I done and how do I fix it?
Never mind. I figured this one out. What happened was that Zotero somehow jumped a style (GhMSt) from one document to another that was in Nature style. And then when I added a citation, all hell broke loose. I just reset the style as "Nature" and all was well. Phew!
