Upgrade Storage[5.0 beta] ghost empty sub-folders are created
To reproduce:
1. Create a collection
2. Create a sub-collection (sub-folder)
3. Fill it with some elements (not sure if really necessary)
4. Empty both collections (not sure if emptying the top collection is necessary)
5. Delete sub-collection
6. The right arrow to expand the top collection will still be there. Click it.
7. A new empty "ghost" sub-collection will be created with each click.

These ghost sub-collections are gone after a restart.
