Changing Citation style to add author name
Instead of this:
R. H. Holloway et al., “Gastric Distention: A Mechanism for Postprandial Gastroesophageal Reflux,” Gastroenterology 89, no. 4 (October 1985): 779–84.
I want this- with the author's first name written out:
Richard H. Holloway, Michio Hongo, Keith Berger, and Richard W. McCallum. "Gastric distention: a mechanism for postprandial gastroesophageal reflux." Gastroenterology 89, no. 4 (1985): 779-784.
I've already figured out how to eliminate the et al. But how do I get the full names listed rather than the abbreviated names?

adamsmithremove initialize-with=". " from the line that starts with <name (there will be several of those. You'll likely want to do this for all)
