Zotfile Tablet Folder inactive

Hi, I am new on Zotfile. After installation I got 2 folders 'Tablet Folder' and 'Tablet Folder_modified' showed on Zotero. I specified folders for storing PDFs and sync folder on Dropbox. After that I was expecting to see Zotfile to upload PDFs from the source folder but it's empty and moreover I can't drop any content to Tablet Folder. What is the reason ? Do I need to be log in to Zotero server in order to make Zotfile works ?

    The tablet collections are for the send to table -- retrieve from tablet functionality. They don't do anything automatically.

    ZotFile can upload files from the source folder, but that only happens when you have no item selected in the middle panel and then confirm by clicking the ZotFile bubble that pops up. It's always been too unreliable of a feature for me to use -- but I'm also wondering what your use case for it is. Zotero works best if you're importing items from your browser, so a watch-folder type set-up is not going to get you great results even if it does work.
