Hello,

Lately I am having some troubles with Zotero. Firefox crushes quite often when I try to download an item.

I am using Zotero with Firefox 50.1.0 and Windows 10 (64 byte).
The report error no. 1855763676.

    when you say "crash" -- what exactly happens?
    Have you tried disabling other Firefox add-ons? I'm not aware of any other reports of this happening.
