Upgrade StoragePlugin blocked (Open Office AND Word)
The zotero plugin is no longer functioning: when I try to add a new citation, edit a citation or any other button of the plugin, I only access the window "document preferences". Before this last problem, I had a lot of other problems and needed to re-install the plugin a lot of time (my first use of Zotero was in november).
I tried to install Word and the word zotero plugin, I was hoping that it could work better and might restart writing my thesis.
But only the same windows "document preference" appears... could you please help me unblock my plugins please?

adamsmithIn document preferences you'd typically select a citation styles and then continue -- not quite clear why you're stopping at that window?
