Upgrade StorageMicrosoft Words plugin tooltip
Hello,
The tooltip always start with "Zotero Bibliographie Managment: ...".

I don't think it's necessary and make them quiet long.
For example "Zotero Bibliographie Managment: Zotero edit citation" can be replaced by "Zotero: Edit Citation" or even "Edit Citation" (we are in the Zotero toolbar...).
