Upgrading storage

Hi,

I upgraded my storage to Unlimited version. I observed that the size of storage
was increasing up to it arrives to:

4992.9 MB

after that, the size didn't increase anymore. In my local Zotero library I have ~9 GB
of data. Is it fine for this kind of unlimited upgrade or did I exceeded the storage
size?

    It sounds like you're attachment files may not be syncing correctly (or just haven't finished syncing). Try running through the troubleshooting steps here: https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/changes_not_syncing

    (you definitely didn't exceed any quota. Unlimited accounts can go well above 20GB)

    While it's possible your file sync isn't completing as per bwiernik, depending on the types of attachments, 9GB locally may also only take up 5GB online, since files are compressed on the server, especially if you have lots of webpage snapshots.
