some files won't sync from webdav server

I have all my files on webdav.4shared.com, about 800 files. On computer A everything works, I installed zotero on computer B and all files sync aside from 30 or so pdf files, the references are there but the pdfs are missing. I have gone through all steps https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/files_not_syncing and the files are on the server, why only these 30 files? How can I solve this?
