Keyword tagging failures

I have found that 1.5 is not picking up keyword tags well, as an example this abstract in a major journal (Circulation) did not work, either from the abstract page itself, or by exporting the citation in reference manager format:

    This is specific to the translator, but many translators use the exported RIS (or other standard export format). If the keywords aren't present in that standard format (as is the case on that article), it won't work. Perhaps a quick request to the publisher is also in order?
